Solid Rock Staff
Solid Rock is blessed to have lots of caring adults be a part of it’s ministry. These people are a part of the Solid Rock Staff that regularly invests in our students. All of the adults that are a part of the staff are volunteer ministry partners who have a passion for Jesus and teenagers. Staff not only lead our students at different ministries throughout the week, they plan events, help to inform the congregation what Solid Rock is up to, and they mentor the students by being available to them as needed. Generally we like to have about 4 staff members at our Sunday evening events. For special events we tend to need more depending on how many students we have participating. We have staff sign ups online that allow our staff to inform us of when they are available and when they are not to make scheduling easy and visible to all.
We offer availablity to our students whenever we can. Each student may download what we call an Staff Emergency Info Card with all of the staff members listed and their cell phone numbers. We encourage our students to call us if they ever need anything and we will do what we can to help them out. If you are a student calling us, please be sure to leave us a voicemail if you don’t reach one of us immediatly. That will ensure a call back as soon as the staff is available.

ALT (Adult Leadership Team)
ALT is the leadership team that oversees the Solid Rock Staff and works with the Steering Wheel (student leadership) to plan the calendar for Solid Rock. ALT meets once a month to discuss details of events and help to create and steer the vision of Solid Rock.
